Why every time there is a player in a good position to score a goal the referee stops the play and marks it as illegal and everything goes back to the boring pass-pass play?
I thought people wanted to see goals! |

Last week I went to Detroit to watch PSG v Roma. Not my teams but still fun to watch soccer where the Detroit Tigers play baseball.

As a soccer fan last week was one of the best of my life. Our brand new local D2 women's side won the National Championship last weekend. I was there for every single match and actually designed and helped make 2 Tifo's this season. It was their first season in the league. We have the highest attendance for Women's D2 in the USA. And our club has the only official supporters group in the women's League.

I met the best female footballer on the planet, Carli Lloyd, last week before the Manchester Derby in Houston (she played for Man City Women the last 2 years). She's wonderful (and cute.).
Sucks City lost the derby 2-0, but we split up our talent between the 2 halves and debuted some youngsters while United went full force. Then we fuckin thrashed Real Madrid 4-1 last night. |

i think trippier can rise up to the challenge and be better than walker ever was for us. my only worry is depth. our next right back is a 20 year old (named Kyle Walker-Peters) who has never played a senior level match. 50m is a lot i just hope we don't piss it away like we did the Bale money though
