Yeah, I would think so. Let's hope for the best during the regular on sale. The best I could pull on for this presale was an upper box and a 2nd row balcony, which I thought about grabbing.

There are still pretty good floor tickets for the Auditorium Theatre shows in the presale. Row Q on the floor, which is around row 20 when you add in the pit rows. Considering the VIP 4 star package only guarantees you are in the first 20 rows, that's not bad at all.

I just bought the Row Q ones for the Auditorium theater. The Q101 presale has way better tickets available then the Jam Mail one. The Q101 presale is only for the weekend shows though.

I pulled up the same seats for the 2nd night at each venue as the first, but I think I tried to buy them too quick after the 1st night so it didn't go through. All in all, I think I did well. Nevermind that my paycheck is gone and I will be eating tuna for 2 weeks because I just spent $600, but I will be at all 4 shows with decent tickets.

Thank you to whoever provided the alternate presale passwords. The Jam Mail one SUCKED. This is proof that it does matter what presale code you use.

its too bad they didnt do a better job with the presales. wasnt very clear.
one thing you should know though is both these venues have great seating from almost anywhere and the sounds is great.

the xrt sale started this morning at 10 and xrt called me at 10:30 saying "woah what the hell, our tickets are on sale. i dont think anyone knows about this yet, you should go on the website and see because when i checked, we had 5th row center." i got my tickets then on the way to work i heard the announcement on the radio.

I'll wait until monday, I already have 5 star vip for the 19th, but I want a pit seat for the 18th. If I'm online right when the tickets start to sell will I have a better chance of getting a pit seat, or will they even be available?

i would assume there will be some pit/mainlevel seats available that havent been gobbled up by the presales. they cant take all of them right? just seems like these are going to sell super fast. billy in chicago are definitely hard seats to grab online. and the fact that its the pumpkins makes it that much harder. good luck to you.

Chicago would definetly be worth the money and all. There are usually scalpers outside most pumpkins concerts I've been to. I got my pit seat in raleigh 2 hours before the show outside the venue for $60. Come to think of it, I've never been past row b at any of the pumpkin shows thanks to scalpers. I would just be more comfortable with actually having the ticket before I flew all the way to chicago. I hear you though, I kind of figured because of the whole chicago thing tickets would be that much harder to come by.

So I nabbed Row P seats 107-108 for Saturday. Looked on the Auditorium site and they are slightly raised and it's the first row of the slightly raised section so that's fucking awesome. I could only get Row X for Friday, so I'm waiting for the regular sale. Thanks for the Q101 password Pizza Club.

And fucking ticketmaster...I had to type "Monte" for the prove I'm not a bot section and I nabbed those Row P seats. haha.

I would have let you know the Q101 one sooner...had I known they were having their own presale.

Same goes for XRT. I'm on both of their email lists, but neither one mentioned they were going to have presales. Whoever that was let down by the MM seats, I got that row too and it doesn't seem THAT bad. I'll take 16 rows back and not have to worry about the general onsale on what I would think was going to be a hot seller.
