Local H 7 night Residency in Chicago

this will be the coolest fucking shit ever. its going to be a crazy week, but i'm planning on going all 7 nights.

$70 for all 7 nights, or $12 per night.

Starting May 7th, Local H will begin a 7-night stand at Chicago's Beat
Kitchen, culminating on May 13th with the release and performance of
their latest studio album, 12 Angry Months (Shout!Factory). Local H
will perform a different studio album, in it's entirety, on each
night with one night dedicated to B-sides and rarities. Each night
will have surprise guests and a different opening act.

Fans may purchase a week-long pass via Musictoday, beginning March
3rd. Week-long pass holders will also receive a commemorative ticket,
discounted price, and a one of a kind T-shirt. These passes will be
available through a pre-sale only. Individual show tickets will be
onsale via Ticketweb.com, starting Saturday, March 8th. Show times
TBA.

CHICAGO RESIDENCY:

May 7 -- Ham Fisted
May 8 -- As Good As Dead
May 9 -- Pack Up The Cats
May 10 -- Here Comes The Zoo
May 11 -- Whatever Happened To P.J. Soles?
May 12 -- B-sides and Rarities
May 13 -- 12 Angry Months

i understand many ppl on here aren't huge local h fans, but at least give it up for the fact they are playing all studio albums, followed by a night of rarities, followed by the record release. now thats just fucking cool!

i honestly think it will be harder to get individual night tickets vs. the 7 day pass......unless i'm totaly way off-base when it comes to my assessment of how many people actually give a shit about this....or are crazy enough to go all 7 nights.

emails went out to all registered members of the localh o-site, and many are already talking about taking a week-long-trip to chicago for this. other than that though, the majority of people are talkign about a couple nights vs. all 7....so I suspect May 8th will be the toughest single day to get tix for, and 11th probably the 2nd toughest....we shall see.

are you fucking kidding me? please tell me you are just being facetious.....in lieu of other discussions on this board about "original band members"? because truthfully i've never heard anyone complain about this before. Lucas was (and always will be) at the helm of song-writing (in a BC, Ken Andrews, Jeremy Enigk sort of way...everything Lucas touches sounds like Lucas). brian has a very similar style to joe's, and a much better energy on stage. i mean seriously..wtf?!

personally I think PJ Soles is their most "mature" album to date. The production quality is fucking awesome. Everything sounds perfect. And I love all the tracks. And live they still sound raw as hell. Brian is a monster drummer. I have loved his work since the tripl3fastaction days. (i miss that band, big time).

since you asked..... .....i received 5 tracks last July (can't say from where)....and i suppose its been long enough to share these publically without getting in trouble.

according to wikipedia, 4 of the 5 will definitely be on the new album, though i'm not sure if what i have constitutes the final mix.
