For real! I know Rocky & Bullwinkle have kinda been forgotten but Boris Badenov is one of the greatest cartoon villains of all time.

Question

It's money that matters, not moral.

Corgan & Co were interesting for a nostalgic Greatest Hits tour in North America.
Nothing else expected profit.

Now they can retire for five or ten years. For the next anniversary.
To less remaining fans. They are not the Rolling Stones...

Are you kidding me brother? You ever hear of a little someone named Max Martin?. The same schmuck that writes nearly every hit for all of the other talentless empty vessels?

Honestly man... Please do a little research before trying to belittle me.

Madonna can’t sing, a talentless hack... just... literally so many shitty takes in one post.
Did you even watch the entire interview?

Max Martin's production credits begin in 1994.

Answer him correctly this time.

No, I just listed five major artists off the top of my head doing it.
It was the whole anti-war movement. Artists rebelling against the crimes of humanity taking place in Vietnam. They were directly opposing the American government and doing it loudly.

You don't see that opposition anymore... And no, a few random songs from some niche artists doesn't hold the same weight.

I'm a fan of your work, so I don't wanna rip on you, but he was clearly talking about the Taylor Swift album... You know, one of the biggest pop-culture releases of the current millenium... "1989"

Also I just linked you this: http://www.showbiz411.com/2013/10/11...-were-composed

Her producer literally explained their process, showing she indeed is a co-writer.
As far as I've researched, Madonna's writing talents goes as far as shaping some of the lyrics... Seems like she doesn't do very much regarding writing the melodies. But this is something that isn't quantifiable and most times pop-stars will grossly exaggerate their role in the songwriting process... For obvious reasons.

You know Live Nation when first discussing a tour mentioned about the political climate. Probably said just to keep quiet. Couldn't agree more.
Amen brother. I think some people here have gotten so used to hating on Billy that they just can't see things concerning the band with honest eyes.

Loud opposition? John Lennon is in bed, singing about Peace.

So which is it: "revolt and revolution" or singing about peace in bed?

Rock music is niche?

Judging by Billy Corgan's lack of mainstream interest, he is the niche artist now, right?

If were to somehow gain a massive alt-right qanon nutcase fanbase the record companies would be fighting each other to sign him up.

The entertainment industry has, and continues to, employ and protect literal rapists and child abusers and murderers. As long as they're making money that's fine. When someone gets outed they're not ostracized because of their behavior, they're ostracized because people don't want to buy movies and records from people who behave like that.
I agree, but you have a group like STP who were always known as wannabes and they're still getting air-play with a new lead singer who was discovered from X-factor. So you'd figure that the Smashing Pumpkins brand would carry more weight and get some of the more decent new songs some airplay.

Did you read the link? He literally said she writes the melodies and makes changes to the music.

Standing up vehemently against the American military complex and calling for peace is calling for a revolt and revolution. This was one of the first music movements that came out expressing how you shouldn't be a slave to your government

You look at the top artists today and they couldn't give a shit about anything aside from cashing checks. It's sad but true.

It's widely known that Madonna isn't exactly honest and modest about the actuality of her artistic input.
