It was annoying as fuck.

I also have noticed a correlation between excessive consumption of B-vitamins and twitching in general. Perhaps look into this.
thanks guys. excessive b-vitamins seems more likely than potassium deficiency or any type of vitamin deficiency. though it's probably just stress

as far as meds, there's been no changes so i dont think meds have anything to do with it

will watch wayne's world just to be safe

It definitely can't hurt, especially if your cat will watch with you.

I hate when I get this. Mine can last up to 3 days but it's usually from too much reading or stress.

If I take a bath with 2 cups of epsom salt and soak in it for 1/2 hour or more, it usually goes away. The magnesium in it helps relax the muscles and stuff.

It's mostly gone now. Just once in a while it surprises me.

I didn't get around to watching Wayne's World (almost done with Friday Night Lights), but I will soon.

Just to be a parrot, when I get this its usually due to lack of sleep and stress. The body has a way of letting you know you need to chill.
