Actually I went to the see The Cure. I try to see them when ever I can. My girlfriend wanted to see Duran Duran. I just don't like the venue. My experiance with the facility was my gripe. |

I'm going to wait to see if a non-festival date surfaces before considering going to this show.

The more intimate the better. I saw them at Soma in San Diego in 1996. That place was small. Best concert I have ever been to.

Hello, Jodi here...from the LA SP page...
To confirm, YES, our page has been deleted. It really is a shame after all of the work Evelyn and I have put into it, to just be shut down. I have re-made that page 3 times thus far, and I just don't know if it is worth it to do it all over again, and be treated the same way. I guess we were "leaking" too much, we haven't gotten an explanation. We did have Tarantula on our page, that was purchased through iTunes, which could also be the reason for our deletion. We wrote the SP myspace numerous upon numerous of times, asking them to please let us know if there is a problem, and we promised to never make it downloadable. We never heard anything negative back. If there was a problem, the fact that no one communicated with us is discouraging. They didn't SHUT DOWN file hosting sites, they told them to take it down...the same respect should have been bestowed upon us. On the other hand we also know that SP might not have any clue that we have been deleted, and "myspace POLICE" as I like to call them, decided to be assholes and delete us because we were using a music page, without ownership. Mind you, I specificly asked "The Pumpkin Queen" when this all started, if it was okay to have the music, and they were ALL FOR IT. So, there is the news. I have contacted myspace, and SP, and I am yet to recieve a response. In the least I think the 1000 fans that were on that page deserve an explanation...I have no idea of how to respond to the numerous messages I am receiving... As for making a new page...I just dont know... -Jodi |

It was the best night of my life thus far... Garbage sucked that night though, Shirley lost her voice. It was pretty bad. SP definitely saved the show... |
