you are a different take on the classic slender silver, focusing on contrasts of style and coloring. instead of a scoop, you have a bold, flat outer edge and square beading on your lip. The juxtaposition of this hardness with the spiraling ribbon design in the middle suggests a stoic, but contemplative masculinity. This is accentuated by the dark silver finish, revealing a brooding interior below the reflective surface.

oh wait, Saturday? I'll keep trying then.

My request is help with framing this (for real, I have no idea what would work, not so much material of the frame, but color), it's oil on canvas, 120 x 110 cm.

and if your lines are not too busy today - this one as well, please.

much smaller, watercolor on paper, 50 x 40 cm. thanks!

pass. foolofatook's experience with certain grocery stores isn't half as embarrassing as mine with Ikea.

Been there twice over a decade ago, and was asked to leave both times.

first time we were called to the information desk because the 4 year old we had left on the Ikea playground had attempted to get other kids to bite into the plastic balls (successfully). second time we were a tiny bit wasted and the store detective was not amused that we ate Knäckebröd inside the grocery section, insisted that we had planned to not pay for it. Ikea is clearly not for me!

just tired of rimless (borderless?) glass framing, I want a proper frame.

yea I love it, too, couldn't help it, it's gonna come with us into our new home (whenever we might find that), for now it's just stored, unframed, and I want it on a wall!

second one is not mine, gift for my father in law, for whatever reason he collects paintings of windows...

Horror Vacui sounds so much nicer than FUCK, OH NO THE VOID, doesn't it? the physical aspect of it is beyond me, but reading Aristotle speculate about the void is quite nice. stoned, that is.

you might actually enjoy this book, tebholly - the void in several chapters!
