I did too, for seven years
does that mean that until you have not eaten animals for more than seven years, actually I am still better than you? |

I mean I am upset about it a little. In a personal way. But I don't blame anyone else for not feeling the same way

Funnily enough, I only eat fish/shellfish very occasionally and I don't eat dairy/red meat/chicken/pork etc. I guess it makes me a pescatarian who doesn't eat dairy?
Most fish is fucking terrible for you, and shrimp especially..but I seem to not give a shit. I read an article yesterday which studied human feces and it all had microplastics in it. Every single one, no matter what the og poopers diet was. I guess we're all slowly turning into tupperware. |

No but as a red-blooded cajun I'll never say no to a serving of crawfish
boiled crawfish, specifically |

could be an iron thing?
i stopped eating meat some years ago but depending where i am that can mean limited options for real nutrition. after a couple months in scotland i was craving shrimp like crazy. so i had some. they were amazing (fresh caught local) i started feeling really off. physically drained and lethargic. i thought it was bc my body wasn't used to shrimp anymore. then i realised i was severely anaemic and it was my body crying out for help. shrimps are the best. |
