i was curious about this lisp so i went to google an interview (so now i've seen her speak. but not heard her music. she says 'like' a lot). anyway she has a lateral lisp so i couldn't listen for too long because you can hear all the saliva and the noise is gross and displeasing. the air comes out over the sides of the tongue and it's commonly referred to as "slushy"-sounding. blegh. so glad i don't have that problem.

boys always think girls are jealous of girls. if you had that lisp, it'd gross me out, too. i'd think someone -you- who claims to know about and appreciate aural aesthetics would understand an individual -me- having a strong distaste for certain sounds, in this case, a pronounced lateral lisp.

really respect her and what she does, liked oblivion a lot

don't care about the lisp or whatever, just seems like a totally innocuous thing to point out, from that interview though i love where she's coming from on a theoretical standpoint as well, been a while since i've listened to anything of hers really, since '13 in ACL when she played before depeche mode, not a bad show tho
