well, I'm biased, and have never been to the Amsterdam venue, but I'd trust Smashingjj's evaluation of that venue.

I'd go to Berlin, in fact, I will try to go myself.

someone please tell Bully on instagram to play Zitadelle Gothic hall acoustic, too. he knows he wants to play there again.

I don't mind that.
It depends. For all seated shows, the capacity is around 3k. For bigger general admission standing shows, capacity is up to 10k. However, capacity will be set for each show individually by the local fire department. This has to do with the fact that access to the area is only possible through a narrow bridge (it's an old fortress so the builders probably didn't want it to be easily invadable by 10k people). Getting out of the venue after the show can take quite a while for big shows.

I've been there last summer for a NIN show. It is a beautiful outdoors venue. However, apparently they do have strict loudness restrictions in place.

And it always brings back nice memories of the secret acoustic show in 2007 and of meeting b0lly strolling around the grounds in the afternoon.

The show in Sweden also looks cool. Apparently it's inside an amusement park. Can any of the locals please elaborate on this? ;-)

I just needed to see "Zitadelle" on the tour dates and my mind was made up that I want and will go. the power of nice memories

how much was NIN last summer? I'm tempted to pull a Zitadelle friends reunion, but I won't get 12 tickets for free. what should I expect, € 70/ticket, tops?

Not local, but yes that is correct

There's no separate tickets, you only have to pay the entrance fee to the park which is about 12 euros. Or buy a season pass for about 29 euros that gets you access every day and every concert. I assume it can get pretty crowded.

NIN was 56.50 €.

Most tickets at this venue seem to be priced around 60 €:

Is there any way to buy park tickets for a specific day in advance? I'm definitely considering flying in for this show. I wanted to visit Stockholm for a long time, so this looks like the perfect opportunity. However, it would be nice to know in advance that I'll actually be able to make it into the show.

the Stockholm venue is very tempting. Apparently Jimi Hendrix and Bob Marley played there.

on their SP gig page you get to "Free admission all summer season including concert nights"
https://www.gronalund.com/en/Plan-Yo.../Grona-kortet/

that's not all that reassuring if you plan a Stockholm vacation in advance, tbh

Got my ticket for Berlin. 70 EUR including Ticketbastard fees and shipping. Quite expensive, but then again, the Stockholm ticket is rather cheap. So it all evens out.

Fun fact: According to Ticketbastard, the Berlin show starts at 18:45.

If he'd sung Ogilala like that, or in the way he sang acoustic songs in the 90s, I would've loved that album.

Had to choose between going to Tool in Vienna on June 5th or Pumpkins in Berlin the same date.
Picked Tool. Sorry but SP ain't worth it anymore. Billy and the gang are just really old and tired and it's a bit sad.

It was my first concert I went to, so I had no idea what to expect. Filter was the opening act. I remember the audience went nuts when SP took the stage. I was overwelmed they entire show. It felt very special to hear them sing farewell and goodnight at the end. For me its still the best concert I have ever seen. I saw them again on Werchter a few years later. Had tickets for the final tour, but my girlfriend was in a car crash before the concert, so I spend that night in the hospital (she is now my wife and we have 2 amazing kids). Saw them again on the Zeitgeist tour and the oceania tour.
