if you d/l the octoshape plugin(only takes about 15 seconds) then open with the P2P livestream its actually realyl great quality(cant believe ive never heard of it before).

i know Pumpkins arnt till tomorrow but havnt seen this posted here and some might want to check it out

If you take a look at the crowd you`ll understand why no one really goes to see the Pumpkins on that festival...

dunno if you saw the Billy Talent performance but after that you might be suprised, i couldnt believe the crowd for a small Canadian band

it seems some of the bands (linkin park being one) have opt'd out of the webcast there, does that bode ill for the pumpkins performance?

Yes, they got very popular with their second album in Europe.
3,5 years ago I saw them in a 400 people venue, last year they played a venue of 8000 people...

And no, Linkin Park opting out doesnt bode anything - apparently SP are confirmed for webcast.

Ya...sorry, I meant confirmed for MTV. Also, I dont want to assume they will be webcast, but its looking a lot better than pinkpop...
If you go to http://www.mtv.de/rockamring2007/tv.php it shows which bands are being broadcast on MTV, which *******s SP.
At the bottom of MTV.de, it says "click here to see the shows live on the net" (loose translation).
Anyway, the rockpalast thing doesnt have the Saturday schedule listed yet, so who knows.

it depends on where you live. if you live in germany, they are playing at 10:30pm.. if you live in new york city, they are playing at 4:30pm.. if you live in los angeles, they are playing at 1:30pm.. do you know how time zones work?
