Please tape (record) audio at these shows if you go.

I wish the NYC shows were earlier in the tour.

I wonder if the rumors that Billy is broke are true. He has pretty much toured non-stop for a while now. Last time he played Tulsa solo it was the partitioned portion of Brady Theater. The tickets were $35 plus fees. Ticket prices are double that this tour. Curious.

WTF!!?!??! I actually grew up in Stroudsburg PA. It’s a small town, small theater on a typical small town Main Street. I used to go there in high school - it was a run down shit hole theater that hosted local bands, we’d go see our friends play. It was bought and fixed up, but still...it’s something I never in a million years would’ve thought when I bought Gish, SD, PI, MCIS and Adore at the record store a few shops down from Sherman theater, which is still in business, that someday my hero Billy Corgan would actually play a show in my little hometown where I grew up. Surreal.......

Well, shit...maybe he could be convinced to add a date or two to this tour and play a show in New Hampshire, Maine, or ANYWHERE else in New England other than Boston for a change. Big name, small town sell out.

Boston doesn’t even get one show this tour (unless it gets added later), but New York City gets three. WTF indeed.

If it's like the Euro tour then it's a good show - as long as the audience stays quiet.

Hmm. Well I just brought myself a ticket for the Stroudsburg gig so will be visiting your hometown. Hopefully the theatre isn’t as bad as you remember it! I’ll see if that record store is still there.

What rumors?

If he was broke, you would think he would play more New York and LA shows and add some Chicago ones. Considering NY and LA are all sold out or going for over 200 dollars a ticket.

Yeah we can all sleep over my parents house. Ill ask if you can stay over. We can play spin the bottle and 7 minutes in heaven. Wear something loose.

Its an old theater, from the 20's. The record store is Main Street Jukebox. Still there. Nice place.

I feel like I should get backstage pass or something. Its like full circle. You'll understand when you visit the town. Never in a million years did I ever expect this.

I'd guess the Luxembourg one is a different song. Billy probably changed the setlist the last minute... Not sure what song that is tho.

I bought a tickie for the COV show because why not. It's within walking distance and been a while since I cried in public.

thinking of seeing the KY show

it's a 2 hour drive (and excitingly my first sober concert since I saw Weird Al with my dad @ 10)

Not sure if it's worth the $55 or so. Not sure how to convice my parents I'm not gonna stay in Kentucky for a few days after and pull a Spencer Tracy:

Quote:
Tracy's binges usually lasted about two weeks. As he did not like to fly, he would take the Santa Fe Chief and the Twentieth Century Limited trains to New York (about four days) and check into the St. George, carrying a suitcase filled with whiskey bottles. According to a St. George bellhop I interviewed in 1960, Tracy would lock himself in the room, strip naked and get into the bath tub. He would remain in the bath tub for a week, drinking up all the whiskey, and not having to get out of the tub, even to perform bodily functions. At the end of the week, his binge having run most of its course, he cleaned himself up, dressed, took the suitcase, now containing empty bottles, and checked out.
I'd love love love to hear some non-album Zwan stuff live
