Used to take echinacea because it's supposed to help with your immune system. I dunno, I've read one study that said that people on it got colds less often, and the duration of their colds were shorter, but I've never read any metastudies that show if that finding is well supported.
I'm supposed to take vitimin D because sometimes I have a deficiency (yeah that's not a herbal thing but whatever I hereby declare this a supplementary nutrition thread in general and the mods won't help you), but seriously, having to take pills every day is just a hassle. Can't be bothered with that shit. I can kind of understand Charlie Sheen's actions, now that I think about it. |

I take the shit out of St. John's Wort, 3x/day at every meal. Been doing so for almost 10 years. After major bad experiences on rx anti depressants, this shit basically saved my brain. If I accidentally skip it I can really tell: less energy, less positivity, more prone to balling up all negative thoughts/emotions into an insurmountable black mountain of shit

i had a bad laryngitis once and it finally went away with this. ever since then, i take that stuff when my throat seems about to get sore and it never has developped further. so somehow, echinacea works for me.

I'm just kidding because of the funny names
I mean Complex 25 sounds like a multiplayer map in Goldeneye 64 or something |

Haha goldeneye fuck yeah
Man I miss playing that. I had a roommate who was so evenly matched with me we often shot the final 10th one-hit-kill into each other's brains simultaneously. 10 points wins 1 hit kills Pistols Only way to play it |

ah i think she has always called it that because of its composition, and never bothered to find something better marketing-wise

I actually loved Perfect Dark even more which of course used the same engine and built off of Goldeneye, but both remain some of the best shooters ever. They did a new Perfect Dark about 10 years ago when the 360 came out... but Microsoft ruined Rareware. The game sucked, so did the Banjo-Kazooie sequel for 360. Like unplayably bad.
my buddy and I were talking recently about how they should re-release Goldeneye with updated graphics. |

when was it re-released? on 360?
totally agree there's nothing there that needs a change except the graphics should be rendered 2016 style |

Oil of oregano.... 1 full dropper in the morning and I do not catch colds like I used to. My immune system is pretty screwed and I'm often exposed to cold and flu at work. Sometimes i will put 4 grams of vitamin c powder in a smoothie. I'm also taking liver powder in smoothies for anemia. It's really bringing my numbers up.
