Question favorite holiday memories

I went up to the mountains with my father when I was around eight for Christmas and I had a nice snowball fight with him. Being a kid was fun.

Thumbs up

yeah, being a kid was fun wasn't it? My favorite holiday memory...

probably the 4th of July, not really a specific one I guess but a bunch of them all jumbled up in my head, when my friends and I would spend about 8 hours in the water, eat hotdogs and cake and tons of other unhealthy food, and then at night watch the fireworks. I love the 4th of July.

I also loved going to my grandma and grandpa's house every Christmas, and the whole family would spread all the presents around and for about 20 minutes there would be this HUGE rukus of "Oh my gosh that's *beautiful*!" and "thank you so much!" and "this is what I've been looking for all year!" and it was always sincere. And there was tons of food and eggnog and it was just fun fun fun. Good times.

God, I need to make plans to do that again. I could put my hair in a ponytail this year and make it ten times more convincing.
