I get like that if I sit up or standup too fast. It's really stupid, but it happens all the time.

Yes, definitely... are you taking vitamins? You may be missing some minerals and vitamins that you're used to getting.

Gotcha *nods*
Lately i've been making a large...almost...um...tomb of sorts out of pillows surrounding the upper part of my body. so it's like my head is buried deep beneath them.
As well, i hate sleep, i wish i could stay awake 24 hours a day. the only time i like sleep if ever is when i've stayed up for over 24 hours

That could possibly be your problem. Women's Multivitamins are awesome.

Is there actually a difference b/w men's and women's vitamins, besides the labels.

I've got the generic from Walmart.. much cheaper than the name brands, and they have the same vitamins and such. Only thing is, they don't have 100% of the calcium you need, so I take a seperate calcium vitamin. But I heard somewhere the reason they do that is because Iron won't let Calcium break down the way it's supposed to, so you're supposed to take them at different times in the day. Hmm.

what i understand is that iron wont let you absorb calcium..and that's why you have to take vitamin c...i think, something like that
either way i drink tons of milk and eat yogurt and cheese everyday so im all good.
but that sounds like a good idea...so it's only one kind, just walmart womens vitamins? what color is the bottle?

It's kind of peach colored... they're really easy to find, they're in the drug section. I <3 Walmart!!! Most of their generic stuff is just as good as the brand name stuff, with the exception of the cough syrup. That stuff is like water.
