Default All the people you meet in life...

It amazes me to think of the number of people I've encountered in my life. So many fucking people. Family, friends, teachers, co-workers, etc..
I can't imagine what it must be like being a celebrity and meeting so many people and having to remember so many of them.

i love to reflect on this subject, and think about how each one may have impacted my life.

then i like to switch it around and think about how i may have (even briefly) entered other peoples' lives. how was i perceived, and how did i impact them?

Hi Sam.

Have you gone to see Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind yet?
You should if you haven't.

I've thought about this too. It's a strange thought, but common I guess. I always figure - irl - I can either come off as shy and antisocial or loud and obnoxious. I swerve between the two often.

Yes. I think you hit the core of the topic on the head.
I also ponder about how each person I know is living their life...and I hope they're happy...I hope they feel more successful at living life than I do. =/ I'd hate to be the norm. Thankfully I don't think I am. :erm

for some odd reason, everyone i've encountered remembers me vividly, even if i see them once, then 4 years later run into them again.

Thats cause of your unibrow, the 6 inch scar across your forehead and your arm growing out of your right leg. Frankly, its hard not to forget about you.

also, sometimes when i'm high and having a conversation with someone i get this feeling that i know exactly where they're coming from. it's really deep. it's not just the sense that i understand what they're saying.

it's as though i'm suddenly aware of how their experiences have all influenced them as a person, and ultimately provide an explanation for what they're saying at that instant. it's like i can feel exactly what they're feeling.

WILDLY OSCILLATING

or vacillating? what's the difference again?

it's a sad, frustrating, and occasionally amusing ride being socially inept

I once had a dream where every single friend I had ever had was at a party. I just remember feeling them all there. There is more to the dream, but I don't feel like sharing that info. It was cool but in a wtf way.

That reminds me of the ending of Big Fish.
