When people try to talk you into doing their work (rant)

OK, so I have a lot of experience under my belt. I've had the fortune of covering stories and working in situations that most people my age haven't even thought about doing yet. I value this, and cherish it, and am extremely thankful.

I know a guy that I went to school with, and we never really talked much. Well, for the past week, he's e-mailed me four times to "get help on an interview" or "help with this lead or summary graph."

I don't mind helping at all, that's what this job is, but he just wants me to do his work for him, which I refuse to do. I told him that, and now he's mad. What a fucking prick.

i'm tired of whiny slacker coworkers with miniscule amounts of responsibility that play helpless; they drag their feet when i need help, but still want, still expect, for me to bail them out? fuck you people.

yeah, there's an asian chick in my class who i hung out with a bit last year until i realized how fucking annoying she is, and suddenly she's realized that skipping class for the past 8 weeks has left her way behind. now she's trying to catch up by copying everything i do. she asks me if i want to work on an assignment with her and then she blasts the work i do.

My boss is like that. She has me doing shit she should be. She uses the excuse of "teaching" me, but basically she wants me to learn so she can have more time to chat on the internet.
