That's only 7 classes. Less if some of them are labs. It's a heavy load sure but not impossible. Of course I would never take that many credits in one semester.

well, it's either that or take 18 and then 3 the next semester. taking 3 credits seems rather, ridiculous, however. besides, i'm not paying for dorm rent and whatnot for 3 measly fucking credits. then again, if i get my own place, i have to pay rent, and how am i supposed to that? i'd need a job and i can't get a job without a degree. someone tell me what to do.

i was doing it for the first half of the semester... working that hard gave me mono. i'm down to 16.

well, i'm doing 18 now and it's not that bad. i guess if i take easier classes it won't be that bad, since all i'll have left to do after this spring will be electives..

ok. i have 39 credits total, right? well, next semester i was going to take 18, and then i'd be done with all my major and non-major requirements, leaving 21 credits of electives. these are generally easier, requiring less studying and fewer papers etc so it would be best to sort them that way.

yeah, all of mine are 4000 level with research papers (except for painting)... two of them require lab work. it was insane. i dropped my honors course, psychophysics, and music theory 3...then i added cello lessons with my harp lessons.

i've done 21 credits before.. it wasn't hard in my opinion. i still got a 4.0

wait, so you can graduate with only 78 hours?? if you really only have 21***8 hours left = 39 just take them over the next 3 semesters- true you could get done in two if you took 21 and 18 but that's hell, and really what's important is your grade in the class. take that not from someone who has made great grades and says yea you should make great grades like me too, but rather as someone who has made some pretty hideous grades and who wishes he could go back and make amends now that he realizes how important good grades are to employers

21 hours sounds daunting perhaps, but it ain't.

Med school, law school, pharmacy school students generally have to take about that much their first year. I survived and was even able to go out and get trashed every Thursday and watch college football naked on the couch every Saturday.

It's all about time mgmt.

A friend in undergrad took 24 his last semester and lived to tell about it.
