Sean Caser is 100% correct. Also, you're protesting nominations. Jesus Christ, my guess is that you've never looked into the Nobel process and have no idea of its history or how it works, and that someone forwarded this to you and you posted it because "BUSH AND BLAIR ARE EVIL."

Okay, even if I am protesting nominations and according to the link above my action sounds stupid, the only reason I posted this was because I thought more people would find it just as ridiculous. So yeah, maybe the simplest way to say it is that 'Bush and Blair are evil', but I think it would be wrong to assume that's the only reason.

What I find quite intriguing is that Bush and Blair would even be mentioned as worthy of a Nobel Peace Prize when Nobel stated that prizes be given to those who, during the preceding year, "shall have conferred the greatest benefit on mankind" and that one part be given to the person who "shall have done the most or the best work for fraternity between nations, for the abolition or reduction of standing armies and for the holding and promotion of peace congresses."

There you go Nimrod, I did my research.

it is kinda funny, but a lot of shitty people have been nominated and some have actually won in the past, so this isnt really new. kissinger won it in 73. but usually some of the most deserving do end up taking it, the nominees dont really mean much

Yeah even Yassir Arafat has a nobel peace prize, so I don't care if Bush wins it, that award is kind of useless now.

it's crazy anyone would nominate them but it isn't hard to believe. the irony of the situation is lost on the one who threw those names in.
