Default help w/ mp3 players

so i want to get one, whether it be an ipod/nomad type or just a 128/256MB one but i want to be able to play it over the speakers in my car also. anyone know which one(s) do this well? or if it's even a possibility yet? i have a cd-player in my car but no tape deck so that type of old setup is not an option

It's possible but I think you have to get a weird setup accessory. They also have car cd/mp3 players.

ihp-120 iRiver. The built-in FM translator can be hooked up to something iRiver sells for about $15 that will change it into your car audio frequency.

I haven't used it because I don't have a car, but a friend says it works really well. The iRiver is fantastic.

i WOULD highly recommend the dell dj, but you can't sort albums by artist. if you choose artist you just get a list of all the songs listed alphabetically. so i have to sort thru a list of 300 albums and choose what i want to listen to.

if there ever is a firmware upgrade changing this, i would highly recommend it, since i bought the 20gig for 360 bucks canadian.

the ipod hands down has the best user interface out of all mp3 players--its not even close. however, the ipod is really expensive and has a below average battery (only 6-8 hours before recharge needed).

fm transmitters suck in my opinion. i've tried different kinds and they all sound like crap, even the itrip that allows you to use any frequency you want (maybe its just my car). I'll stick with my cassette tape adapter, which is not bad. But in your case you might want to research about using rca auxillary inputs into the back of an aftermarket car stereo...

Wow that would be pretty useless. They better release an update for that shit.
