i played a show in drumnadrochit once. drumnadrochit is the little town right beside loch ness, home to the loch ness monster. i didn't see nessie. but i did see aleister crowley's house on the edge of the loch, which jimmy page bought at one point. at some point of that night i got a death threat on my phone. oh, and i got really drunk and walked into a door. and someone pissed on my mate's shoes in the living room when he was (drunk) sleepwalking.

i can't play bagpipes. the bassist/bagpiper in my band can, though. he's like one of the top in the country or something. he won some competitions. he makes a lot of money playing weddings and stuff and wearing kilts. he's ginger, and therefore, the most scottish person i have ever seen in my life

we have one song where he plays some mad wicked pipes. but then we got a review that basically focussed on that one song, and we're reluctant to be known as a "bagpipe-rock" band so we're keeping it to a minimum
