I made Mark dye my hair for the year that I didn't go to the salon. He was a great sport about it, but he really didn't want to do it and that's half the reason I went back to the salon. I'd be awful at dying my own hair. I'm a total klutz with that sort of thing.

i cut my hair by myself. and then i let it grow for about six months and then if it is for something important, i will get it cut somewhere for $10.

About a month ago I got my hair cut and colored for about $70. I didn't really like the color that much, so I dyed my hair black with the store bought stuff (which is what my initial inclination to do to it was) and now I'm happy.

Last April I got my hair cut for the first time in two years. I paid $35, and it wasn't even a nice place. Just a Hair Cuttery. I felt incredibly ripped off.

I have a friend who cuts her own hair and it looks amazing. I'm tempted to ask her to do mine.

boys should NOT pay more than 25/30 bucks for a hair cut unless they have shaggy rock star hair. boys should also not get highlights.

the most i've paid was around $100 for color/cut/highlights. normally i pay $60 for color/cut, every 6-8 weeks.
