Lee, when you come here, I'll have a steering wheel mounted on the dash on the passenger side in our car. You can sit up front and you won't feel left out. See? I care.

Thumbs up

Yay, Lee!
So when I come to England you're going to drive me all over town, si si?

I'm glad to hear you got your license. I got my restricted at 16 and I didn't get my real license until 19. I must have been the oldest one out of the majority of my high school to get a license. But I must have saved my father a shitload of insurance money, though!

congratulations dude. hey, even though you don't have a car yet, try to borrow the one from your parents or something and drive on a regular basis, so you won't lose 'driving habits' before you get your own car. Actually do you enjoy driving, in general?

which manoeuvres did you have to do?
Not really since I went through about 5 40mph zones I did take it pretty easy though, a little too easy maybe since I stalled it at some lights on a steep hill. I blame the new clutch/3 people being in the car.

They made me do a 3-point turn andddd.... oh, a bay park in the test center car park. Which was fun, because another test center was closed so they brought everyone to this one, and the upshot was about 10 out of 16 spaces had a car parked in them, with more coming in behind me (they didn't bother to wait until I'd finished reversing )

So I hit the brake, except I missed and reversed in an arc into a bush. Luckily everything turned out a-ok - her boyfriend said 'shit, I wouldn't recommend anyone try driving that thing unless they have small feet.'

So when do you want me to drive you around Ceci?

I'll probably get a used one pretty soon - I never bothered to learn before because I didn't need to, but I eventually decided I did actually want a car. But yeah, driving's fun.

Thanks for the <3 guys, and yes Mr Meeks - the test here is pretty hardcore. I've heard from people on here what they had to do when they passed, and it sounds ridiculously simple compared to ours. I still can't get over the fact that you can fail for touching the kerb when you're doing manouvres
