yes, so have I - I got a lecture from my vegan friend about how bad fruit is for you. however they're definitely not as bad as fast food and pop. try to get those things out of your diet first... Also, raw vegetables and not-too-processed food tends to be better for you.

Go to a foreign country for a semister, live with a vegatarian host family, walk a lot, and get some giardia.

It worked for me!

Wholemeal bread, chicken, tuna, veg soup, ice lollies, chewing gum, water, if you need candy get gelatin sweets (i think thats right)

When I'm caring about it I have stuff like chicken / tuna pasta, maybe tomatoey pasta, grilled chicken, tuna or chilli with a baked potato and maybe beans. Veg soup is good. I also have chicken breast curry, had spicy chicken with a lot of veg in tortillas which is reasonably healthy.. Veg and fruit yeah.
