I'm in love, dammit. I'm going to explode.

I apologize for posting useless shit like this....but yeah...I need something. A livejournal would do nicely, but I don't have one, and if I did have one it would have like one entry every two months.

BUT ANYWAY.

This girl....she's amazing. I love her so much. We're pretty close friends. Getting closer, I suppose. She has a boyfriend...who's really nice-looking and smart and kind of funny...but he's sort of an asshole, and not many people like him all that much. He's very focused on image....and I think he may just be in a relationship with her because it makes him look good. I mean, this kid stands in front of the mirror adjusting himself for a solid 5 minutes before a friggin' basketball game that he is going to be participating in. but yeah..

..and so today, this girl had some sort of plastic surgery to get moles removed or something...and she had all this shit done to her face....and she was just really, really self-conscious about how she looked. She thought she looked really fucked up. She didn't, she still looked beautiful. She was in some pain too. And so, she and a mutual friend of ours show up at our school's basketball game tonight, and I go to talk to them...and she's sort of crying. and let me tell you, seeing someone cry has never caused me as much pain as when I saw her cry. I'm such a fucking loser. But ok. And she just made some comment about how she looked ugly or something....and I just put my arm around her and whispered 'you're beautiful' into her ear. Now looking back at that, it probably was not the best thing to do. She probably thinks I'm weird or something. Which I sort of am. GEH. But I dunno..

And so a little a while ago, I was looking down at my math homework and she sent this:

hr32: thanks for being so nice to me tonight
hr32: i needed it
hr32: night chris : )

I hate this.

I'm pretty much in the same exact situation. I'm really in love with this girl, she has a dumb bf but still really likes him. They fight weekly. They really need to break up.

(edit) whenever they fight I console her and she asks why her and I never dated. I really wanna tell her to just dump his ass and date me but I'm not that kinda guy.

This is kind of a roundabout response but I'm going for it anyway. My little brother has had facial surgery for moles--he had stitches in his head and a bald spot for a while, and the surgeon messed up the removal area behind his ear which produced a really raised, angry scar that he has to get injections for now to shrink. And he's so sensitive about it. No light-hearted big sister teasing. So, basically, I doubt she thinks you're weird. That was the nicest thing you could do for her then, and given the circumstances, it most likely was not creepy.

And I'm sorry she has a boyfriend.
