I can't imagine an insurance company not paying for birth control. I've been getting it through my dad's company since I was 16!

I like Alesse. It made my blood pressure raise (but I had a family history of that, so bleh), however I lost 10 pounds while on it this year. That's compared to the 15 I put on while taking LoEstrin.

Heh...but that's what happens when you get off of your parents' insurance plan.

Actually I just got new insurance and it never occurred to me that maybe I can get the regular discount using the prescription plan. We shall see. o_0

My university health plan covers it too. I just keep my dad's plan to save a couple of hundred in premiums each year. I can keep his plan as long as I'm a student under age 26 who "lives" with him.

Yeah, it's when you're suddenly not a student anymore that you get screwed.
