It depends how slutty she is. And of course whether it was consensual or not. It wouldn't be a great idea but I think you would have to take it on a case by case basis, there isn't one simple answer you can apply to every situation. 14 year olds are too young for sex but in this day and age this are all fucked up to where they'd all be doing it anyway so it's hard to say.
