When you are typing a message on AIM...

...and that little accept a message from so-and-so pops up...but you're in the middle of typing a message to someone else...and then accidentally hit 'not accept'...but you didn't even get to see who the person was...and so you don't know if you meant to hit 'not accept'.

Well, I feel bad when that happens...someone out there is thinking I didn't want to accept their message, when that isn't necessarily the case.
