I have TMJ but I'm not sure what it is caused by. I think it was from some form of accident when I was younger. My jaw pops a lot...but I don't grind my teeth at night. It sucks....but I guess its nothing I can't deal with. Honestly smoking pot and valium ease the pain more than anything.

That sucks. My mom got vicious headaches from doing it in her sleep, so she had to get a custom fitted mouth piece.
She doesn't need it anymore, so I guess wearing it broke the habit *shrug*
