It depends on what kind.

i've come to the recent realization that if i start smoking pot instead of getting drunk then i will save a LOT of money.

i also like the way pot affects me a LOT more than alcohol.

i wonder if it will be better for my body though...any thoughts?

I would say that marijuana is a lot less harmful to your body than alcohol, especially considering you don't have to smoke it, you can eat it with no damage to your lungs. It is impossible to die of a THC overdose, when it is very possible to die of alcohol poisoning. If you think about it, you ingest a much smaller quantity of the drug with pot, I hate the sloshy feeling drinking enough alcohol to get drunk gives me.
