Sen. John Kerry won crushing caucus victories in Michigan and Washington on Saturday, trouncing his rivals for the Democratic presidential nomination and quickly launching a sharp attack against President Bush.
The Democratic front-runner by far, Kerry fashioned his latest victories by outsized margins.
He held a double-digit lead in Washington, and was gaining more than 50 percent of the vote in a multi-candidate race in Michigan.

Gee, couldn't see this one coming.

Tomorrow's going to be boring as hell, too. The real shit goes down Tuesday and then the Tuesday after that. If Kerry picks up at least one of TN/VA and wins Wisconsin, this shit's done.

Yeah, no kidding. Although his ass-kicking in those states is a bit surprising. And, although it's still not over, this deal is pretty much done. Let the anti-Kerry GOP ads run!

Well, not quite. if Edwards picks up TN, VA, and WI, there's a race. It's not likely at all, but at the same time it's not outside the realm of possibility.

This is the most shocking news: Kucinich has three more percentage points than Edwards in Washington, 9 to 6.

And, yeah, I agree. The way the delegate counts are, if Dean somehow wins Wisconsin and a few more states, he's back in it as well. Too bad that won't happen.

i saw some woman in a bathroom today wearing a "dean for america" shirt. I wanted to go up and ask her when he was planning on dropping out of the race
