but it doesn't give a fair reflection of what's really happening in the world game...

Ipswich are ranked in the 60's for example...they're near the bottom of the English 1st Division (in reality, the 2nd division) - that makes them about 40th best in england. all cos they beat a couple of crappy eastern european teams in the UEFA cup.
