None yet. And I just got offers for a Field Director position on races in CT and OK. People I don't know and who I never gave my resume too are suddenly calling me and asking me to come out and work on tough/close primary races.

He won SC and lost OK to Clark by less than 300 votes. He has the 2nd highest amount of committed delegates. There is no reason for him to drop out.

hoo boy, what a politician he looked like.

also, the top 10 was unfortunately (and not too surprisingly) not funny.

actually he lost oklahoma by 1275 votes. he still pulled a pretty good 8000 votes more than kerry, but he only got one more delegate than kerry, so oklahoma statistically doesn't give him much of an advantage.

AP totals as of 3:30 this afternoon.

and there's the MSNBC story i read today on edwards:

Edwards, who easily won the South Carolina primary, acknowledged, however, that retired Gen. Wesley Clark was a fellow Southern joker in the deck. Clark edged Edwards for first place Tuesday night in the Oklahoma primary, winning by about 1,300 of the almost 300,000 votes that were cast.

hmmm

Actually, Dean still has more delegates:

He doesn't have more committed delegates. Notice in my post, I said "committed delegates". Superdelegates are not committed delegates and, thus, are not reliable (especially in Dean's case because of his recent total and complete slip downward).

But, they can still vote for him, so you have to factor them in. :shrugs:

That's cool and all, but you do realize he isn't going to win, right?

I had to send a nastygram to Sen. Edwards. He was sending 4 or 5 spam mails a day to hotmail of 15-30k each and clogging up my inbox. Also the unsubscribe "link" said "WEB SERVICE UNAVAILABLE." Really professional, pal.

12? No way. If Jeb wins in '08 (which I doubt happens), there is his son waiting in the wings. I believe is name is Herman something or other. Anyway, we now live in a Bush hierarchy.
