HELLO EVERYONE,

I AM REALLY GETTING TIRED OF THIS POOP BEING OUT OF CONTROL ON RIDGE
TRAIL SIDEWALK FROM THE CORNER OF ANDREWS TO THE NEXT CORNER.

MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS ARE STANDING THERE FOR BUS TO BE PICKED UP AND
DROPPED OFF.

DOGS' POOPS ARE ON EVERYWHERE ON THE CURBSIDE AND WE HAD TO REMOVE THESE
POOPS TO THE STREET BECAUSE IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY HOWEVER, WE HAVE
RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP IT CLEAN FOR HEALTH SAFETY.

GUESS WHAT THE LADY AT 2409 RIDGE TRAIL PUT ALL THESE POOPS BACK TO
THE SIDEWALK FROM THE STREET. HOW DARE SHE DOES THAT TO US.

WE SUSPECT SHE POURED CHEMICAL AGAINST OUR FENCE AND RUIN THE GRASS ON THE
OTHER SIDE.

PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS..... IF NO ONE WOULD TAKE ACTION ON THIS, I
WILL CALL POLICE AND FILE AGAINST THE COMMUNITY BECAUSE WE PAID
OUR ANNUAL FEES AND NOTHING HAS BEEN PURSUADED ON THIS MATTER.

Dude. What kind of geek neighborhood do you live in? I'm not necessarily even being derogatory; I doubt that half the neanderthals on my old block could even figure out how to check their E-mail.

Yeah. I think there may be quite a few geeks living in our subdivision, considering that AMD and several other semi-conductor companies are big employers in this area.

But obviously there are also quite a few tards in my neighborhood. "THESE POOPS" really are a problem though. Every time my bf mows our yard, people walk their dogs by and let them shit in it. It's so frustrating. We really try to keep our yard nice... but it's hard to with the constant piles we have to clean up.

Dear Ms. Horn - The HOA really can't do much about this unless you know the addresses of the homeowners that are allowing their dogs to defecate and not properly disposing of it. If you could get us some addresses, we could send
violation letters to those that are causing this mess.

I would also like you to explain in detail what you are referring to below regarding 2409 Ridge Trail, as I can't understand what exactly you mean. We will do whatever we can to assist in resolving this problem if you could give us some further information. Perhaps it could be mentioned in the next
newsletter as well.
