during my junior year in high school, i had a dream that my best friend from eighth grade died and i was at his funeral. i saw the casket, the curtains, my other friends that knew him, and his mother was sitting next to me. i even heard the songs they were playing for him almost word per word. i had never seen his mother before and i definitely wasn't close to her, yet in the dream i was comforting her and holding her hand. exactly one week after the dream i got a call from my best friend that he had a tumor in his brain and was going to have surgery. throughout the following year i visited him in the hospital and saw his mom so many times that we grew close and supported each other through the hard times. his funeral looked EXACTLY the same as it had in my dream, the casket, the curtains, the colors, my other friends, and the music. needless to say, i sat next to his mother and held her hand. i had another dream during my senior year. the feeling was that my grandfather had died a few days before the dream takes place, and it was my grandmother's death that was taking place in the dream, but it wasn't anywhere that i have ever been before. now, over the summer they moved to yuma, arizona, (which i have never been to) i moved out of my parents' house a few moths ago, but i heard through a grape vine that my grandpa was in the hospital for his heart. by the way i am totally freaked out by this entire thing. i hate prophetic dreams.

oohhh and i once had a dream that I was going to school and seeing the pumpkins for whatever reason, and i ran out looking for my friend erin, because she had to be there too, but i couldn't find her.. it was distressing

it turned out that the next show i went to (within a week or two from then) she wasn't able to go or something.. i forget the details..

About a week ago, I got this phone call from my dad at around 10:30 at night (he never calls me that late!). I picked up the phone and said Hello? and the first thing he says to me is "are you alright?!" all concerned and stuff. I was like "yeah! I'm just sitting on my computer in my PJs ready to go to bed, why?" and hes like, "I got this phone call while your mom and I were at your brother's. It was weird. It was a female that sounded like you, but really faint. I picked up the phone and she said 'dad? dad?' and I said 'yes?' and then a man's voice came on, said she had the wrong number, and hung up. I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep tonight until I talked to you"

Its crazy, because my Dad doesn't get shaken very easily. I wonder what ever happened with that girl...

Since your dad deals with life and death situations a lot with his jobs, what does he think happens after someone dies?

So he can assess an area for fire, set someone there on fire, put it out, drive them to the hospital and prepare the body for the ground.

Nice.

He beleives in an afterlife. My mom and dad were both raised in religious backgrounds.

anyway we stayed there til like 3 when we realized that it was super late so we started driving home. it was 3:11 when i started up the car cause i said 'hey its 311!' (LIKE THE BAND LOL) so we drove and we had the windows down and the radio slightly on, we make a turn and theres like a pop and a ton of broken glass rains down on my side of the car. so of course, i stop the car to look at what the fuck just happened. theres no damage to the car, nothing broken.
i thought maybe a streetlight had broken or something, but no nothing. so after a few minutes of 'uhh wtf' we start up the car again.

this time, the clock said 2:59.....and we got to ashleys house before 3:11, which was when we left the beach.

yeah i still don't know what happened but i think we shouldve had a threesome while we were all still friends.
Dude was this in October? Sounds like Daylight Savings.

There's probably a logical explanation for all of these, but people would rather believe in spooks.

thank you.

those two are just the most extreme cases. i have had many more like them that came true, but they had never been important enough to mention. also i still am waiting to see if a few more that i have had come true, for the most part they always do when i get the feeling that they will. and some of them are very frightening, like the death of someone i sort of know. or seeing someone i don't want to. i hardly ever get good news. in fact, i have only gotten "good prophecies" about three times. i put that in quotes because i don't actually believe that they are prophecies, just strange dreams, that happen to completely come true.

Spook is such an archaic term and I didn't mention any "spooks".
