Damn. I love smoked salmon so much.

Einstein Bros. Bagels sell this salmon spread that is absolutely scrumptious. i sometimes eat it by the spoonful :erm

my dad gets fish from the neighbors all the time (they fish for sport not for the fish) so he bought a little salmon smoker... MMMMM its so good. he's got a ton of it. I take some off his hands every time i go.

The neighbor just bought a smoker as well. he is trying a million different recipes. anything he doesn't like, he brings to us. My parents are so sick of smoked salmon, so they just give it to me... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

smoked is alright i suppose, but i'd never go out of my way and buy it...
