What are some good ways to get rid of a hangover, or to make it a little less severe?

I was told by a newf that I used to work with that the best cure is beer + tomato juice.

Either a greasy burger and/or hair of the dog.

meaning, another of whatever gave you the hangover in the first place.

But like, I don't think I could really drink a Ceasar in the morning after getting all wasted on Ceasars...so, I'm going to have to rethink this one!

But apparently greasy burgers are the best because the fat content gives your brain feelings of well being.
Or something. It was on the radio.
