Thumbs up Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind trailer

Written by Charlie Kaufman (Adaptation, Being John Malkovich, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind). Jim Carrey playing a man who wants to have his memory wiped of an old girlfriend, ala Paycheck but this doesn't look like it would suck. Seems to be keeping with the bizareness of Malkovich from the trailer. Also it has elijah wood not acting like a complete pussy and Kristen Dunst dancing around in her underwear. What's not to like?

Be judge you:

Quicktime "Sunshine" Trailer the size of Mayfuck's post count!

Quicktime "Sunshine" trailer the size of Affect's bank account!

Quicktime "Sunshine" trailer the size of Eve's kid!

Quicktime "Sunshine" trailer the size of Ugly's penis!

Arrow

Also this opens the same day as Kevin Smith's "Jersey Girl" and I hope "Sunshine" beats the crap out of "Jersey" so Smith will go back to making Jay and Silent Bob movies and not romantic kiddie commedies with Ben and J.Lo.

"Jersey Girl" trailer the size of J.Lo's Ego

"Jersey Girl" trailer the size of Affleck's forehead

"Jersey Girl" trailer the size of Affleck's liver

I saw one of the trailers in the movie theaters and thought it looked pretty good, but this one's even better. Although I'd probably go see it just for Elijah Wood heh. When does it come out again?

If this film gets pushed back again, I might kill someone.

I thought Being John Malkovich was kinda... stupid... I'm sure I'm in the minority here about this one.

Uh oh. :erm

Nah I mean, I've watched it several times, I guess I just never got it. I just thought "why am I sitting here watching this, it's just... stupid" I have yet to see adaptation... but I'd like to.

Only the one. Kind of a strange choice, going a little out of order, but whatever. It looks like it's trying to capitalize on the success of 28 Days Later (I realize that was paying homage simply to movies like Night/Dawn/Day of the Living Dead, but it's a remake).

Eternal Sunshine... looks sweet as all hell. I really like Carrey in more dramatic roles (though, like Sarah w/ Being John Malkovich, I'm probably in the minority with that one).

I saw Adaptation for the first time last night. It's brilliant. You'll especially appreciate it if you're a writer, because Charlie Kaufman portrays himself as the prototypical neurotic, shy, delusions of grandeur writer that most writers share at least a few traits with.

I didn't think it was stupid but I wasn't a big fan. Probably because I'm nearly phobic of puppets. And someone didn't even warn me that they would be so prominent in the movie.
