you guys are scaring me. right now i weigh less than i did when i was like 14. even my size 1 pants are too big for me now. :erm! i do NOT want to gain 15 pounds. but damn. free appetizers from joe's crab shack. free drinks from woodway's cafe. $5 off at t.g.i fridays.. who can resist?!

too bad my metabolism sucks.

I have lost some though... I walk 4 miles a day and eat healthy but even if I still ate healthy and only walked one mile, I'd be gaining a pound a day.

I started the school year at 208 with height of 5''8'. I am now at 179 at the height of 5''8'.

Yeah, hopefully by the summer I won't be a fatass anymore.

If your size 1 pants are too big, gaining a little wight might not kill you. Hey, different strokes for different folks.


I lost probably around 15 pounds during my first year of college because I was on the crew team for a while, but then I became sedentary and during my lasy years in college I gained it all back plus a bit more. Then I started eating right and I lost it all again. Then I got a boyfriend who eats junk food all the time and I gained a bit back. Now I'm enrolled in a weight lifting class so I'll be forced to think about my body and my health more. This has been over the course of 7 years, so it's not as tempestuous as it might seem.

I weigh the same as I did when school began, I think. I don't have a scale.
