yeah, i remember when he came on conan, and i was like wtf? not only was he not performing original material, but he was doing songs that were big 10 years ago...by other bands...

why doesnt he apologize for all the democratic candidates while he's at it...

Generally I think fans are very forgiving of an artist who wants to express a political opinion they may not agree with...for the most part though fans just want to hear music and have a good time and escape all the bullshit politicians give us, so if it comes up at a show you're just trying to have a good time at, I usually cringe for the artist and murmer "just shut up and play".
