my first week back at crew

afternoon erg workout practice

eat

hot tub

sleep

do it againX4 days.

friday afternoon practice was ultimate frisbee. that was fun

yesterday we hiked mt. tam from Mill Valley to Stinson beach. a good 8mile kick your ass hike. I ran a lot of it.

today is my day off
