That thing got rammed through with no debate and no questioning, and John Ashcroft wasn't about to let anyone take the floor and ask what the ramifications would've been. Both have said they want it repealed now, which is what's important.

And at the time the Patriot Act was passed (just a couple of days after 9/11), there were aspects of the Patriot Act that were essential (and still are)...such as the inter-agency stuff and whatnot. All of the Patriot Act is not bad.

Yeah, I then I did it again several other times (some of those posted in that same thread that you quoted from), and everytime got a different order.

This test isn't accurate AT ALL. Kucinich over Lieberman, for me? Come on... I didn't answer a single question that may be construed as friendly to what Kucinich wants to do.
