The US system of freeways/intersections is so much cooler. Roundabouts just throw people off their sense of direction

Heh, we have those too. Roundabouts are fine, what I hate are those mini roundabouts on the road surface - try turning right 90 degrees and keep in lane while going around one of those.

Lend me your car then. If I had a car to practice on, I'd be able to do it. I was able to do it when I lived with someone who had a car and they let me drive.
