I saw him go into the courthouse but then I left so I missed all this crap. Pretty fancy moves for a guy who said he was roughed up by cops so badly that he couldn't move his arms, eh?

During the court appearance, Jackson's bodyguards and representatives handed the crowd members invitations to an event Friday at the singer's Neverland Ranch.

"In the spirit of love and togetherness Michael Jackson would like to invite his fans and supporters to his Neverland ranch," the invitation read. "Please join us January 16, 2004, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Refreshments will be served. We'll see you there!"

Actually aside from the "absoultely 100% not guilty" and his little mime show when he put on the gloves that didn't fit OJ was fairly good in the court.

And I personally think Jackson's going down for this one. And not just on little boys, but going down to jail. I can't wait till the sentacing (in about 7 years from now or whenever this trial is over) he'll fucking break down in court. Assuming he doesn't split or kill himself in the meantime.

.. you have a hard time accepting the fact that a man who constantly sleeps in the same bed as young boys without supervision after he had another child molestation case settled out of court because he paid the victim $20 million dollars not to testify and the charges were dropped due to lack of a witness could possibly be guilty of molesting a child?

Same with Kobie Bryant and Scott Peterson. The 24 hour news age has made it impossible to find a jury who's never head of it so change of venue rulings are pretty much meaningless. All you can hope for is that they haven't been influence by the media.

Unless you can find someone who's been living under a rock for a decade, but who would want that? the dude would smell like he's been living under a rock for a decade. He'd just sit there and write out anti-technology manifestos in the jury box all day.

anyway, getting back to the main topic.

Ok, I totally think he did it, and here's why.

aside from the obvious creepiness, lets probe his psyche for a second. Jackson says, believes and presents himself as the boy who didn't grow up. Peter Pan. He is a man-child.

Fine, lets go with that. He is a child in an adult's body. The thing is, kids are little fucking perverts. They masturbate constantly, "show me yours I'll show you mine", they explore thier sexuality because they don't fully understand it.

So if Jackson is a man child, its not as if he's too innocent to do sexuality, its that he's so fucked up he doesn't understand that what he's doing is wrong. He's just exploring this cool thing called sexuality which, as a child in a man's body, he can't full articulate what he's feeling or doing and right from wrong.

Exhibit A, this is from the deposition of the kid from 93 and I draw your attention to paragraph #10 lines 6 through 10:



The part that really gets me is where it says: "Michael Jackson started crying. He said there was nothing wrong with it. He said that just because most people believe something is wrong doesn't make it so."

Now about this case, I'm not 100% sure about this fact, but I think the supposed sexual contact between him and the boy occured after the infamous "deposition" that was taken by the boy and his mother after Martin Bashir's "Living with Michael Jackson" documentary. So, now he has this deposition after Bashir's documentary airs to clear his name. "I am not a pedophie I have it on paper", etc. etc.

and THEN he molests the kid because he thinks he's in the clear. That would make him a sexual predator and that means he should go to jail.

So, yeah, I think he's fucked. Fucked as in he fucks kids. Fucked as in he's fucked in the head. And fucked as in he's screwed and he's going to jail.
