Default America: Help me!

"We’re sorry, but we are having difficulty processing the Credit Card information you provided. The field is invalid: A US bill_zip has to be either 5 numerics, 9 numerics, or 10 numerics with '-' in 6th position. Please check the information carefully. You might want to use a different Credit Card, or you may phone in your order to 1-blah-blah."

what the fuck is this about? what's a "US bill_zip"?

Obviously, they only ship to US customers, or there is a flaw in their billing system.

My zip code is 95357-9167

nah, they ship everywhere....there's an option about 8 pixels away from that box that asks if it's international or not.

then they turn round and say "oops, sorry, that zip isn't american". no shit. i just told you that.

I've had this happen several times before, when ordering a gift to be mailed to a different address than my own. Send an e-mail to their customer service department, and they will take care of you.

There, there Dave, it's going to be allright.

Why not have it shipped to yourself then shipping it off to the US?

If it's an American-based country, there's no way in hell you're going to get your package.

But I'll add that while slim, your chance of an American understanding your written English is better than an Indian at the customer service phone center trying to understand your British accent.
