Someone once dumped a can of used motor oil in a drop off mailbox in my old town. It was a really small town and everyone got super pissed about it. I think anyone tampering with mail should be shot in the face.

i dunno. there's no fingerprints. any evidence is burned. there's no surveillance and cops aren't always night patrolling in the suburbs. there'd be lots of smoke and smell but otherwise it just seems like something stupid punks or anarchists can get away with easily but yet..... don't.
