How do I change my livejournal template?

this is for diaryland, but i was wondering if they have any for livejournal. if so, where would i post all the tags and alterations?

how do i set the modify section so the background image will "override" the back ground in the text box?
i want it too look like i'm writing on top of the picture.

so you just want a picture in the background? and you want the boxes to be clear?

just don't enter a color number thingy leave it blank

it works if you select the "refried paper" "magazine" or "very simple". they let your background images become visible, and you can get them hosted for free at www.walagata.com

dear god! make it to where the picture doesn't repeat... and it would be better if you made the boxes smaller and not disjointed, but that's just because i hate the disjointed thingy. anywho! I put the dragonfly on mine
