I did this for the hell of it, and it asked if i smoked and i said no. Then it said i was not elligable for the flat screen TV, but offerred me a Plasma TV instead, so i entered with the email address i never use. Then it asks me what i'd do with the TV and i said i don't know, and then it says 'please take our 1 minute survey' and it says 'Yes No' without any questions or anything or any way to select and there's a button that says 'Submit' - so i click that and then...

'Thank you for participating in our survey. Please enjoy these special offers.'

...with nothing underneath it, nothing at all. So, uh, what happened?
