Domain name registration

Where can I register just a name for cheap? Like $10 bucks or something? I got a deal where I get 3 years of hosting for $30 through my friends server, but just need to register the name itself.

I know the name sounds like some cheap goatse site but I had a domain name on there for over two years for $13 a year and I have had no problems. $13 a year is as cheap as they come. They get my recommendation.

it's like $16 or something, but they offer some nice management features that allow you to easily host from home or various freespace on the web, mailserver options and what not as well.

It's actually really good, just don't use the software. You can't beat a free host with 1,000 MB and no limit on hits or bandwith up to a huge amount.
