It's obviously "Bloke With Hat On Jumping Around In A Cave". Released in 1988, the cave jumping heyday, it chronicles the adventures of 'Hat Bloke', a bloke with a hat on, as he jumps around in various caves. His path leads to the mysterious 'End Of Game Caves', where he does battle with the 'Big Boss' in a 'Cave Jumping Duel'. Highly recommended.
